Allied Universal® is seeking a Security Officer - Patrol Driver (1st Shift) in Oshkosh, WI. This full-time role involves safeguarding clients across manufacturing and industrial locations, managing entry points, and performing routine patrols.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license required per Allied Universal policy.
Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background investigation as per federal, state, and local laws.
Drug screen required where permitted by law.
Licensing requirements as per state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors while following security procedures and emergency response plans.
Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage entry for visitors and contractors, and maintain access records.
Control access to restricted areas according to site procedures and report concerns to appropriate personnel.
Respond to incidents calmly and follow escalation and emergency protocols.
Conduct regular patrols of access points, production areas, and facility perimeter, reporting security issues.
