Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Patrol Assessment Driver in Pattison, TX. The role involves driving patrol routes, monitoring areas, and ensuring safety while delivering customer service at an automotive manufacturing location.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license/driver policy requirements
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
• Background check per federal, state and local laws
• Drug screen as permitted by law
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at an automotive manufacturing location by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies; respond to incidents and emergency situations
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, parking lots, access points, and facility perimeter to identify hazards and violations
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials, and maintain visitor/contractor/incident documentation
• Report security concerns and escalation to site contacts or emergency responders
• Protect vehicles, equipment, materials and site assets by reporting suspicious activity

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at an automotive manufacturing location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, parking lots, access points, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly communicating observations to site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Help support the protection of vehicles, equipment, materials, and other site assets by reporting suspicious activity and following established escalation procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
