Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or drivers while carrying out site-specific security procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, parking lots, vehicle storage areas, access points, and the perimeter to deter incidents.
• Verify credentials, document visitor/contractor entry, and communicate access concerns to site personnel.
• Respond to incidents and alarms following established emergency protocols.
• Complete accurate reports, maintain activity logs, and communicate observations to leadership.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or drivers at an automotive manufacturing location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, parking lots, vehicle storage areas, access points, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and contractor entry, and communicating access concerns to appropriate site personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
• Complete accurate reports, maintain activity logs, and communicate observations or incidents to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
