Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Operations or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years security experience focused on identification/credentialing.
• A valid New York State Driver’s License required.
• Experience with security systems such as Lenel or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and discretion.
• Ability to work rotating hours and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while processing pass applications.
• Verify government IDs and validate presenters’ identities.
• Process pass applications for new, replacement, and returned passes.
• Operate pass production equipment and manage pass inventory.
• Configure security access in LENEL and assist with access zones.
• Distribute passes and collect pass fees.
• Perform general administrative tasks and support security initiatives.
