Community Hospital is hiring a Full Time Service Support Technician to join a dedicated team. The role involves security presence, floor care maintenance, and support duties across the Facility Services Department, with emphasis on safety and reliable after-hours response.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must successfully pass criminal background check.
• Must complete and/or take all required health screenings and vaccines.

Responsibilities

• Observes and promotes safe work practices and procedures.
• After hours point of contact for Facility Services Department.
• Provides a first response to after-hours maintenance request.
• Removes trash/linen/bio-waste, and stocks linen.
• Performs security rounds.
• Responds to emergency codes.
• Completes task incident reports.
• Cleans minor spills.
• Provides routine floor care maintenance.
• Makes surveillance rounds
• Locks/unlocks doors.
• Provides escort.
• Spreads ice melt during winter weather
• Removes liter from grounds.
• Pressure washes, cleans windows, and any other tasks assigned, etc.
