Job summary

Cisco's Splunk Security Design team is seeking a Product Designer to shape Splunk Security experiences for SOC users. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers to translate complex security workflows into intuitive product experiences.

You will develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, applying design systems and AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery across security operations and threat investigations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of related experience or Master's degree with 4+ years of related experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience in product design, UX design, or UI/UX design creating digital product experiences.
• Experience using AI-enabled design or prototyping tools to develop, iterate, or enhance product design concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for Splunk Security experiences.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to translate requirements into effective user experiences.
• Evaluate complex workflows from the user’s perspective and identify gaps and opportunities.
• Iterate on designs using feedback from users, researchers, designers, and engineers, and collaborate through implementation.
• Apply established design systems and AI-assisted tools to accelerate prototyping.
