Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience, or 2 years post-secondary with 4+ years of related experience.
• Current U.S. Government SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight, direction and training to contract security staff on duty.
• Respond to Secure Lab alarms, intrusion alarms and emergencies.
• Manage access control, visitor management and daily security operations across Rochester facilities.
• Produce incident, shift, and training reports.
• Support compliance with NISPOM and DOD security requirements.
