Job summary

Constellation is seeking a Supervisor Security Operations at Peach Bottom Clean Energy Center in Delta, PA. The role focuses on managing nuclear security programs, fitness-for-duty, and access authorization, while supervising site security personnel and coordinating with external agencies.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent with relevant security experience; an associate degree plus experience is preferred. A competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: Associate's degree with 4 years security experience OR High school diploma/GED with 6 years related experience.
• Maintain minimum access requirements and unescorted access as applicable, with favorable medical examination/testing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security operations at the site.
• Interface with NRC, LLEA, JTTF, and State Police.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair of security equipment.
• Oversee CAP procedures and action-tracking processes.
• Lead training coordination and performance indicator activities.
