Job summary

NANA Regional Corporation seeks a Project Manager to lead security services across CDC facilities, ensuring guard operations meet high standards, training is effective, and all regulations are followed. The role requires strong supervisory experience in law enforcement or security and the ability to manage staffing and contractor performance.

You will coordinate training, conduct AARs, maintain post orders, and serve as the liaison with CDC COR to ensure readiness and rapid response to incidents.

Qualifications

• Management/supervisory experience in law enforcement or security.
• Knowledge of physical security operations, access control, and security systems.
• Experience delivering or managing security training programs.
• Proficiency with computer systems and applications.
• Must pass CDC background investigation and obtain CDC suitability.
• Federal security badge/suitability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the security guard contract and overall guard force operations.
• Ensure staffing requirements are met at all levels.
• Verify new guard personnel meet certifications and licensing before assignment.
• Maintain current certifications and licensing for all security staff.
• Oversee training management and ongoing refresher training.
• Develop and execute quarterly security exercises across facilities.
