Job summary

Farmers National Bank of Canfield is seeking an IT Security Manager to ensure secure operation of in-house and cloud systems, servers, and IoT devices. You will lead security analysts, establish enterprise security stance through policies, architecture, and training, and coordinate across IT and Security teams.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or university degree in a computer-related field; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years' network/security experience (five (5) years preferred).
• One or more of the following certifications: GIAC Security Essentials, GIAC Security Leadership, ISACA CISM, Microsoft SCCM? (MS Engineer: Security), (ISC)2 CISSP/ISSAP.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain enterprise security documents (policies, standards, baselines, guidelines, procedures).
• Maintain Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans where appropriate.
• Research security products and standards; provide management with recommendations.
• Stay current on emerging security alerts; inform senior management.
• Oversee deployment and configuration of security solutions per policies.
• Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data across systems and networks.
• Supervise investigations and communicate with senior management.
• Lead Incident Response and vulnerability assessments; coordinate with IT and Security peers.
