Job summary

Farmers National Bank in Canfield, OH is seeking an IT Security Manager to oversee security operations across in-house and cloud systems, servers and IoT devices. You will lead security analysts and help shape the enterprise security posture through policy, architecture and training.

Key duties include evaluating security products, managing vulnerability assessments, coordinating with IT and security peers, maintaining security documents, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in IT; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 3+ years network/security experience (5+ preferred).
• Security certifications (GIAC, CISSP, CISM, MS-SEC, CCSP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and maintaining security documents (policies, standards, baselines, guidelines and procedures).
• Assist in creating and maintaining the enterprise’s Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plan.
• Research security products and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Maintain knowledge of emerging security alerts and issues and inform senior management.
• Evaluate need for security reconfigurations and recommend changes as needed.
• Oversee deployment, integration and configuration of new security solutions.
• Ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability of data across systems and networks.
• Supervise investigations into security events and coordinate incident response.
• Oversee vulnerability assessments, penetration tests and security audits.
• Foster cross-team collaboration to align security goals.
