Job summary

Andy Frain Services is seeking a Security Operations Manager to lead multiple client accounts across a geographic area, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with contract requirements.

You will direct daily operations, visit sites, manage staffing, develop post orders, and build strong client relationships while driving performance and growth. A company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Direct the daily operations of assigned client accounts to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Conduct routine site visits to verify compliance with post orders, appearance standards, and operational expectations.
  • Develop and maintain site-specific post orders, operating procedures, and best practices.
  • Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with client representatives and respond promptly to issues.
  • Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for service improvements and growth.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, schedule, and retain qualified security personnel.
  • Maintain staffing levels while managing labor costs and overtime.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop employees to improve performance and career growth.
  • Administer performance management and corrective action per policy.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements; maintain records.
  • Promote safe work environment by identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.
  • Respond to incidents, emergencies, and disruptions.

Job Description

Position Summary

The Security Operations Manager provides operational leadership for multiple client accounts within an assigned geographic area. This position is responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery through effective workforce management, client engagement, employee development, operational compliance, and financial stewardship.

The Security Operations Manager serves as the primary field leader for assigned accounts, building strong client relationships while ensuring security operations are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards and contractual requirements.

Company Vehicle Provided: This position includes a company-issued vehicle to support work-related travel and job responsibilities.

Operations Leadership

  • Direct the daily operations of assigned client accounts to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
