What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the Security Operations and Engineering team to ensure the performance of security applications
- Provide 24/7 leadership during critical system issues, guiding a multi-disciplinary IT team
- Develop scalable and repeatable information security operational frameworks
- Conduct root-cause analysis for service interruptions and implement preventive measures
- Supervise team members, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in technology or relevant experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with programming/scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python)
- At least 3 years of experience with cloud infrastructure services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory/Entra and O365 services
- Demonstrated experience with security platforms (EDR, XDR, WAF, etc.) and project management

- Experience with layered systems architectures and consultative skills in understanding customer requirements
