Stoke Space in Kent, WA is seeking a Security Operations Manager to lead physical security across our Kent and Moses Lake operations, safeguarding personnel, facilities, and sensitive programs. You will develop site security strategies, manage contracted guards, oversee access control, CCTV, and incident response, and coordinate with federal, state, and local partners.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in physical security, law enforcement, military security, industrial security, or related field.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing security personnel or programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead all physical security operations for Stoke’s Kent facilities, with support to Moses Lake test facility.
• Develop and implement site‑specific security strategies aligned with corporate policies.
• Maintain security plans, post orders, procedures, and operating instructions.
• Oversee day‑to‑day security operations and site access control.
• Coordinate and manage test exclusion areas extending into public spaces.
• Lead investigations involving security violations, theft, or unauthorized access.
