Job summary

Arrow Financial Corporation seeks an experienced IT Security Operations Manager to lead the Security Operations Team, oversee incident response, and ensure a strong security posture across the enterprise. This 100% on-site role is based in Glens Falls, NY and reports to Information Security leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 6+ years in cybersecurity/IT, and at least 2 years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 6+ years in cybersecurity/IT or related field.
• 2 years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Security Operations Team.
• Develop and implement security operations policies and procedures.
• Provide management, coaching, training, and support to team members.
• Oversee security monitoring, alert management and incident response.
• Manage SIEM, EDR, SOAR and other security technologies.
• Oversee vulnerability management and reporting for IT senior management.
• Coordinate investigations of cybersecurity incidents and containment.
• Develop security metrics, dashboards, and executive reports.
