Qualifications

• Experience in leadership or supervisory positions.
• Great communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Flexible schedule with some travel within the region.
• Must work 16 billable hours per week and report to VP of Operations.

Responsibilities

• Contract management and leadership for Supervisors and Officers.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure compliance with policies.
• Oversee site visits and equipment/uniform issuance.
• Coordinate training and certifications (CPR/First Aid/AED).
• Manage overtime, payroll submission, and billing processes.
• Conduct performance appraisals and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Support company-wide business development initiatives.
