Life.Church is seeking a Security Manager to lead security operations across all Life.Church locations. You will drive incident management, threat assessment, emergency planning, staff training, and volunteer safety programs, while overseeing vendors and compliance.

This role enhances campus safety and supports Life.Church’s mission to reach people for Christ. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in security operations, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in security operations.
• Experience with behavioral threat assessment methodologies.
• Multi-site or enterprise-level experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage incident reporting and management assessment.
• Oversee behavioral and threat assessment program development.
• Lead emergency management plans and safety training programs.
• Oversee volunteer safety teams and standardize roles.
• Coordinate with vendors and comply with licensing requirements.
• Conduct campus safety assessments across locations.
