The ideal candidate will have security, military, or law enforcement background, leadership abilities, and the capacity to coordinate with management and clients to meet service expectations. Salary is posted.

Qualifications

• Requires 1 year security, military, or law enforcement experience.
• 1 year of leadership/management experience required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a shift and/or segment of guarding operations at multiple sites, including supervision of officers and supervisory staff.
• Meet with client representatives for status updates and address issues.
• Ensure service expectations are met through regular client contact.
• Coordinate orientation, training, development, and retention of staff.
• Maintain and submit payroll records and other employee information.
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing, equipment, and record keeping for smooth service delivery.
