Job summary

Sorsen Inc. is seeking a Security Operations Supervisor to oversee daily security operations, supervise officers, and ensure compliance with client requirements. You’ll serve as the main liaison between field personnel, dispatch, clients, and management.

You will train and mentor staff, conduct site inspections, respond to incidents, and ensure safety, professionalism, and high-quality service across multiple posts.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role.
• Experience managing multiple sites or large security teams.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Experience with access control, CCTV, and alarms.

• Ensure posts are staffed and operations run smoothly.
