The role supports incident response, loss prevention, and emergency preparedness, serving as a primary contact for security inquiries and assisting the Security Operations Supervisor with operational tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Strong observational and detail-oriented skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to exercise professional judgment under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control facility access using IDs and logs.
• Conduct security screenings and enforce restricted areas.
• Operate CCTV and access control systems and report issues.
• Respond to alarms and incidents per protocols; support evacuations.
• Assist investigations and document security events clearly.
• Lead training for security officers on patrol and loss prevention.
• Prepare reports on incidents, policy violations, and safety concerns.
• Maintain logs for audits and investigations; coordinate with leadership and responders.
• Engage with employees and visitors with a professional, service-oriented approach.
