• Bachelor's Degree Required or combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the daily operations of the hospital security department.
• Develop and maintain relationships with department heads and establish safety policies and procedures.
• Oversee integration of security systems and technologies to protect staff, patients, and visitors.
• Lead training and ensure subordinate staff maintain top performance.
• Participate in Environment of Care and Emergency Management committees.
