Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience.
• Strong leadership, people management and communication skills.
• Background in security operations and incident response.
• Ability to train and develop security staff to client standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage site security operations team and ensure client policies are followed.
• Lead vendor security team during crisis management across accounts.
• Ensure staff training, post and shift handovers, and availability for on-call needs.
• Provide clients with reports and briefings as required.
• Oversee scheduling and payroll of security officers on site.
