Job summary

enVista is seeking an Information Security Operations Lead/Manager to oversee day-to-day security tool operations and drive security program maturity. This role combines hands-on duties with people leadership and requires collaboration with Infrastructure, Modern Workplace and client teams.

The ideal candidate has extensive SOC/IR experience, SIEM/SOAR expertise, and strong communication skills to mentor a small team and drive automation across security operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/IS security with relevant certifications.
• 7–10+ years leading or working in a SOC/IR team.
• Experience with SIEM/SOAR, EDR, MDR and Microsoft security products.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day Security Operations activities including ticket handling and incident triage.
• Lead incident response investigations and coordinate across teams.
• Manage core security tools (EDR, NDR, email security, SIEM).
• Develop repeatable security operations processes and drive automation.
• Onboard new clients to managed security services and liaise with vendors.
• Lead and mentor a team of Security Analysts; travel up to 20%.
