Job summary

Saliense Consulting LLC is seeking a senior security operations leader responsible for directing security operations and penetration testing support across projects. The role requires implementing CDM baselines, configuring security tools, and protecting data throughout its lifecycle.

You will manage and mentor teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with Public Trust clearance requirements while advancing a growing portfolio of security initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' experience providing security operations and penetration testing support.
• Minimum 5 years' managing and directing security operations.
• Experience with Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation, baselines for security tools, and data protection lifecycle.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 10 years' experience providing security operations and penetration testing support.
• Minimum 5 years' managing and directing security operations.
• Responsible for the ability to implement the various phases of Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation, establishing baselines for security tools to ensure proper configuration and deployment, architecting, deploying, and maintaining security products and services, and recommending and implementing solutions for protecting data throughout its lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Certifications (required): Certified Information System Security Professional Information Systems Security Management Professional (CISSP-ISSMP), Certified Information System Security Professional Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (CISSP-ISSAP);
• Certifications (preferred): Certified Network Security Engineer (CNSE)
• Clearance: Public Trust
