We are looking for a Security Engineering Manager with experience supporting teams of engineers and analysts who focus on the identification, investigation, containment, and mitigation of security incidents. The manager will be part of the Global Security Operations and Incident Response team and will be working alongside

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience in Security Operations, Incident Response and Investigations
• Experience recruiting, building, and leading technical teams, including performance management
• Experience developing and delivering information on program status and security incidents for senior leadership
• Experience leading and managing complex multi-year cross-functional programs

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of security engineers and analysts focused on identifying, investigating, containing, and mitigating incidents
• Develop long-term, sustainable multi-year roadmaps for security operations and incident response
• Expand and manage the team’s service portfolio while driving strategic security initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to mature security capabilities across Meta’s infrastructure
