Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Security Operations Center Coordinator to join a culture that values growth and exceptional service. You will monitor security, observe events, dispatch personnel, and coordinate with management to ensure safety across facilities.

The role requires passing State and Federal licensing requirements, experience in security operations, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. It features rotating shifts and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass any State and Federal licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report emergency and non-emergency events.
• Monitor security and dispatch appropriate personnel.
• Coordinate with management on incidents and resolutions.
• Manage CCTV and badge access within the facility.
• Monitor emergency information systems.
• Work rotating shifts: 8:00am-4:00pm, 4:00pm-12:00am, 12:00am-8:00am.
