Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a security setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and other Microsoft 365 software.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
• A valid weapons permit or ability to pass applicable weapons licensing requirements.
• 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Minimum; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to alarm signals in a timely and accurate manner.
• Communicate effectively with internal customers and follow department policies.
• Complete required equipment checks, daily logs, and regular system audits.
• Answer multiple telephone lines and assist callers professionally.
• Provide technical support and follow procedures for service requests.
• Maintain facility security and operations by following company policies and procedures.
• Assist other departments with special projects to support teamwork.
• Participate in training programs to refresh knowledge.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
