Job summary

The role engages with contractors, government personnel, and vendors while coordinating clearance and access control. You’ll work with Corporate Security, IT, and operations to ensure robust security across programs.

Requirements include TS/SCI eligibility, a college degree, and 2+ years’ related experience. On-site, with occasional travel and standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Security clearance required: TS/SCI clearance eligibility and access.
• Bachelor's/college or university degree expected.
• 2+ years of relevant security experience or equivalent.
• Understands key industry drivers and applies to own work.
• Knowledge of security discipline concepts and procedures.
• Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support all Virginia DoD Collateral, SCI and DoD SAP security programs (physical, personnel, program, document control, classification, education/awareness).
• Engage daily with visiting contractors, government personnel, and vendors.
• Maintain Chantilly personnel clearance/access databases and document control systems.
• Coordinate with Corporate Security, IT, Operations and Program Operations staff.
• Perform VAR verifications for all incoming visitors.
• Oversee prescreen database for all perspective employees.
• Oversee record-keeping for visit certifications, security investigations, annual training, and visitor logs.
• Coordinate security logistics for customer engagements and onsite meetings.
• Engage regularly with internal and external personnel via in-person and written channels.
