Job summary

Hyundai Translead seeks a Security Operations Associate III to support physical security across our manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, and office environments. You will administer access controls, security systems, visitor management, and related reporting to ensure compliance and safety.

Under supervision, you will analyze security data, generate dashboards, and collaborate with HR, Operations, IT, and external vendors to maintain secure operations.

Qualifications

Job Summary

The Security Operations Associate IIIprovides specialized support for physical security programs across manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, and office environments. The position is responsible for administering access control processes, security systems, visitor management activities, reporting functions, and compliance-related documentation.

Working under general supervision, this role applies specialized knowledge to resolve routine and moderately complex security administration issues, supports security compliance initiatives, and analyzes security-related data and reports. The incumbent regularly partners with Human Resources, Operations, EHS, IT, and external service providers to ensure efficient and compliant security operations.

Essential Functions

• Administer daily physical security processes for manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, and office facilities.
• Process and maintain employee, contractor, vendor, and visitor access requests.
• Create, modify, and deactivate access credentials in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Support visitor management and contractor access programs to ensure compliance with site security requirements.
• Monitor access control activity and escalat
• Support administration of access control, CCTV, visitor management, and related security systems.
• Maintain system records, user permissions, access groups, and security documentation.
• Troubleshoot routine badge access and system issues and coordinate resolution with vendors or IT support teams.
• Conduct routine system audits to verify data accuracy and access compliance.
• Generate recurring security reports related to badge activity, visitor traffic, contractor access, and security incidents.
• Analyze data trends and identify discrepancies for review by leadership.
• Maintain security metrics and support preparation of dashboards and performance reports.
• Assist with compliance reporting, investigations, and audit activities.

Essential Functions (Continued)

• Support security operations within manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics environments.
• Coordinate access for temporary employees, contractors, vendors, and transportation providers.
• Conduct periodic reviews of access permissions to ensure alignment with operational requirements.
• Assist with investigations involving unauthorized access, policy violations, or security incidents.
• Support asset protection and facility security initiatives.
• Maintain security files, reports, logs, and regulatory documentation.
• Assist with security audits and corrective action tracking.
• Ensure security-related records are accurate, complete, and maintained in accordance with company standards.
• Support implementation of established security procedures and process improvements.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5 years of experience in physical security, access control administration, security operations, warehouse security, asset protection, or related fields.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or industrial environments.
• Experience generating reports, maintaining metrics, and analyzing operational data.
• Experience working with access control, video management, visitor management, or related security systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and security databases.
• Ability to work independently within established procedures and exercise sound judgment in resolving operational issues.
