Qualifications

• Proven ability to identify, document and translate analytical reporting needs into KPIs and dashboards.
• Experience creating cohesive analytical reports to support decision-making and process improvement.
• Strong skills in automating report generation using SQL, SAS and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams to define reporting needs from baseline problem statements to deep-dive analytics.
• Design KPIs with program managers and domain experts to measure process performance.
• Consolidate data into insightful reports and provide recommendations to drive value and efficiency.
• Mine data warehouses to extract raw data and prepare statistical reports.
• Automate reporting processes through programming and tooling; build dashboards with visualization tools.
• Maintain documentation of changes to specifications and KPIs; prepare training materials.
