Job summary

You will translate operational data into actionable insights, develop SOPs and training materials, and collaborate with operations to optimize performance across locations. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Tableau and Power BI to create, edit and publish reports.

Responsibilities

• Create and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports utilizing Power BI, Excel, and Tableau.
• Develops analysis on all facets of operations, retrieving and using data across multiple systems.
• Assists with and contributes toward development of performance strategies.
• Development of standard operating procedures and training material for organizational projects.
