Paycom - ATS in Mendota Heights, MN is seeking an IT Security Operations Analyst to manage threat monitoring, incident response, and security analytics across a large organization. The role involves performing penetration testing, malware analysis, and ensuring secure configurations.

Candidates should have a 4-year degree or equivalent, 1-2 years IT experience, and familiarity with Azure Sentinel, Cisco Meraki, and Azure AD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Systems, Engineering or 2-3 years of related work experience required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of IT experience required.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Network+, CCNA are highly desirable but not required.
• Experience investigating security events, threats and/or vulnerabilities required.
• Ability to pass DHS background study.

Responsabilités

• Detect, investigate, and resolve security events.
• Respond to alerts from SIEM or security tools and escalate incidents as needed.
• Protect information systems assets and prevent unauthorized access or destruction.
• Assist with basic network troubleshooting to support secure operations.
• Analyze firewall rules and configurations for misconfigurations and vulnerabilities.
• Monitor and secure cloud-based network environments for compliance.
• Audit network configurations and firewall rules for vulnerabilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
