Job summary

Entertimeonline is seeking an IT Security Analyst in Minnesota to protect systems, networks, and data from cyber threats. You will monitor security events, investigate incidents, assess vulnerabilities, and implement controls with a focus on compliance and best practices.

The role requires a 4-year degree and 2+ years of cybersecurity/IT experience, with knowledge of AD, Entra ID, PowerShell, and security frameworks; ERP experience is a plus. Excellent teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of cybersecurity or IT experience.
• Knowledge of network security, Windows and Linux, cloud security, IAM, vulnerability management, and security frameworks such as NIST, CIS, or ISO 27001.
• Active Directory and Entra ID.
• PowerShell scripting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems, alerts, and logs for suspicious activity.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation.
• Analyze security risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Manage SIEM, EDR, antivirus, firewall, and IDS/IPS tools.
• Conduct security audits and compliance reviews.
• Deliver security awareness training.
• Maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement security best practices.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
