Qualifications

• Experience with Windows and Linux platforms is required or preferred.
• Experience with SIEM, incident analysis and cyber security event monitoring.
• Strong cloud experience with Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with Azure Sentinel and/or LogRhythm SIEM.
• Familiarity with database technologies: MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Redis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze cyber security events using SIEM.
• Triage infrastructure health and performance alarms.
• Triage security events and incidents following SOPs.
• Track remediation status from start to finish.
• Escalate events to next level support when appropriate.
• Provide incident documentation to management.
