Alignerr is seeking a Security Operations Analyst (AI Training) to join our remote hourly-contract team. Bring hands-on SOC experience to shape how AI detects, triages, and responds to threats across real-world incidents.

In this role you will analyze incident scenarios, classify severity, review detection logic, and validate AI outputs. Requirements include 2+ years in SOC and clear written communication; familiarity with SIEM and alert workflows is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in SOC, incident response, or security operations.
• Familiar with SIEM platforms, alert triage processes, and investigation workflows.
• Able to distinguish true security signals from false positives and background noise.
• Detail-oriented with clear written communication skills.

As a Security Operations Analyst, your hands‑on SOC experience will directly shape how AI detects, triages, and responds to threats — making the next generation of security tooling smarter and more effective.

What You'll Do

Who You Are
