Job summary

Security Officer — Full Time at Port Washington, WI. The role involves patrolling premises, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to keep people and property safe. You’ll serve as a helpful resource while ensuring safety protocols are followed on site.

Primary duties include maintaining a secure environment, enforcing policies, and protecting confidential information. Requires calm, vigilance, and strong communication across shifts, with pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Above average computer/technology skills.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus!!
• Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Must have the ability to remain calm under pressure and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
• Must have strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

• Monitor and operate surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and security equipment.
