Securitas USA seeks a Security Officer — Full Time to help protect people, property, and assets at a Seattle-area site. You will patrol, monitor systems, control access, and respond to emergencies to maintain a safe environment.

The role requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma or GED, and strong observational and communication skills. Prior security or related experience is a plus, with training provided and flexible shift options available.

The Security Officer protects people, property, and assets by patrolling premises, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe and secure environment. They serve as a helpful professional resource while ensuring everyone on the property follows safety protocols.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus!!
• Must have 1+ years of experience in customer service/hospitality experience.
• Must have the ability to remain calm under pressure and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
• Must have strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
