Northeast Security, Inc. is hiring Security Officers and Security Supervisors for locations in Waltham, MA and the Boston area. Both full-time and part-time positions are available across 1st, 2nd, and overnight shifts.

Ideal candidates present a professional appearance, stay on post, and deliver excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with security procedures and reporting requirements. Pay ranges from $20 to $26 per hour depending on position and experience.

Qualifications

• Must pass background screening and orientation.
• Pay rate $20–$26 depending on position & experience.
• Positions available as full or part time; first/second/overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security Concierge personnel to ensure guest services are satisfactory.
• Provide general admin support and respond to inquiries and anticipate customers' needs.
• Ensure compliance with facility security operations procedures and location policies.
• Review and approve reports and duty logs submitted by security personnel.
• Ensure timely notification of all serious incidents.
• Maintain effective communications with all security personnel.
• Deliver a memorable and pleasant experience to customers/vendors.
• Counsel, motivate, and discipline personnel as needed.
• Develop and implement employee relations, development, and retention programs.
• Keep personnel updated on changes to procedures, policies, or regulations.
