Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Remain on post at all times and maintain professional appearance.
• Monitor security concierge personnel to ensure guest services are satisfactory.
• Review and approve reports, duty logs and incident documentation.
• Provide general admin support and respond to inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with all security personnel and clients.
• Deliver a courteous, helpful experience to customers and vendors.
