Top Guard Security, Inc. is hiring Security Officers for a premier Chester location in Virginia. This full-time role offers steady shifts, competitive wages, and opportunities to advance within a proven private security provider serving local businesses, institutions and municipal contracts.

Shifts include day, evening, and night with a $1/hour differential for night work. Benefits listed include health, life, dental, vision, disability insurance and paid training. 60-day application window; EOE.

Qualifications

• Must be able to use a computer for daily logs, incident reports, entry reports, etc.
• Must have effective verbal and written communication skills
• Must have outstanding customer service skills
• Must be able to pass physical fitness test

• Must be able to walk up to a 12-hour shift

Responsibilities

• Provide access control at entrance gate. Checking ID to verify identity. Complete entry log for every person entering the facility. Then checking them out when leaving the facility.
• Provide vehicle inspections prior to allowing entry, checking the interior, truck, underside, and under the hood.
• Provide patrols of facilities to ensure the site and personnel are safe at all times.

Job Schedule:

Shifts may vary slightly. There are also PT positions for weekends available for all shifts.

FT (days vary Monday - Sunday)

Day shift

7am - 3pm

Mid-Shift

3pm - 11pm

Night Shift, shift differential pay of $17

11pm - 7am
