Job Skills / Requirements

• Seeking Flex Security Officers in the Portland area. Pay rate: $24/hr (paid weekly).
• Availability to work any day and shift is required.
• Industry-leading benefits include weekly pay, 401k with match, medical/dental/vision, referral bonuses, paid time off, holiday pay, tuition reimbursement, and more—available for qualified candidates.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to sites in Portland any day of the week.
• Preferred candidates will have short notice availability, excellent customer service skills, a valid driver’s license, and a clean record.
• Reliability and dependability are essential.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience preferred.
• Willingness to work a minimum of two of three shifts (day, swing, graveyard); preference for 3rd shift availability.
• Current DPSST unarmed security license; CPR certification is a plus.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to analyze situations, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure.
• Comfort with computer systems; experience with access control, wireless device scanning, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Good reading comprehension and clear communication skills.
• Exceptional report writing skills.
• Willing to work holidays and weekends.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and independently.
• Clean background and drug screen required.

Education & Certification

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Oregon DPSST License.
