Job summary

Titan Security is seeking Mobile Patrol Security Officers to join our Detroit-area operations, offering a path to learn, grow and succeed within a nationally recognized security brand.

Responsibilities include on-foot or vehicle patrols, controlling access, monitoring cameras, logging incidents, and responding to emergencies. The role emphasizes safety, service, and professional conduct in diverse environments.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a Valid Driver's License.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 75 lbs, completing foot patrols, sitting, standing, walking, driving for a significant period of time, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather.

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information.
• Conduct general patrols on foot and within a vehicle to check for security violations like unsafe conditions or unauthorized persons
• Control access for patrons, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Maintain clear, accurate logs pertaining to people or property including packages
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year experience as a security officer
• Bi-lingual considered a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
