Job summary

Titan Security Group in Troy, Ohio is currently seeking Security Officers to safeguard facilities and support client needs. You will monitor CCTV, enforce access control, conduct patrols, respond to incidents, and provide exceptional customer service.

The role requires 18+ years old, ability to pass background checks and drug screening, and proficiency in English; physical duties include lifting 50+ lbs and long periods of standing. Security experience is a plus, with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform foot patrols.
• High School diploma or GED; security experience preferred.
• Bilingual considered a plus.

Titan Security Group is currently hiring Security Officers to work at a location in Troy, Ohio

Responsibilities include but are no limited to:

• Monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems to ensure facility safety.

• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather
• Education and/or Experience: Previous security experience is also preferred. High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Language Skills: Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Bilingual considered a plus.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands are based on the contract and must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. A list of these job duties is inclusive of, but not limited to: candidates must be able to stand for extended periods of time; be able to lift, push, and/or pull at least 50 lbs.; be able to accommodate foot patrols on the interior & exterior of the assigned facility; be able to perform assigned duties regardless of inclement weather.

Salary & Benefits:

Compensation starting at $19.00- $19.50 per hour (Varies on post and position), paid vacation and personal days, medical insurance, dental insurance, life and AD&D insurance, optional life and AD&D insurance, paid holidays, and 401(k) match.
