Job summary

Titan Security is hiring for a Full-time 2nd shift security officer. The role runs Monday-Friday from 2pm to 10pm at our Glasgow, KY site, with responsibilities at front desk and property protection.

You will provide excellent customer service, manage access, monitor cameras, and respond to incidents. Requirements include 18+ years old, industrial setting experience, HS diploma or GED, ability to pass drug screen and background check, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in an industrial setting is required.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to meet physical duties including lifting 50+ lbs, patrols, and stairs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all parties on duty, including directions and information.
• Maintain clear, accurate logs at front desk pertaining to people or property.
• Control access for employees, visitors, or vendors as required.
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain safety.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies and record data for management.
• Other duties as assigned.

We are hiring for a Full-time 2nd shift officer Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm

Responsibilities of Security Officers include, but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for employees, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications of Security Officers:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have experience in an industrial setting
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather

Preferred Qualifications of Security Officers:

• Bi-lingual considered a plus.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required
