POSITION: Security Officer
WORKSITE: Las Vegas
Hourly Wage: $20.50 – $21.50 per hour
Employment Status: Part-Time
Work Schedule: Monday - Sunday 8 p.m. - 8 a.m. (Multi-Shift)

TRIDENT is recruiting a reliable and professional Security Officer to join our Las Vegas team. You will gain hands‑on exposure across a diverse range of assignments — including open‑post coverage, special projects, and operational support — while building the expertise that creates a path toward supervisory and leadership advancement.

Your Core Duties

• Deliver consistent, professional security services across multiple client locations
• Step in for open shifts, planned absences, vacation coverage, and special assignment needs
• Complete foot patrols and maintain stationary posts for extended periods throughout the shift
• Keep watch over assigned areas to uphold safety, security, and compliance with site‑specific policies
• Project a polished, professional appearance and demeanor from the beginning to the end of every shift
• Maintain active communication with supervisors and operations staff via phone or computer as needed
• Adapt fluidly to reassignments and respond to last‑minute coverage requests without hesitation
• Uphold TRIDENT’s standards of conduct, follow post orders, and provide excellent customer service

Scheduling & Availability

• Shift assignments rotate on a week‑to‑week basis based on operational requirements
• Schedules are typically released approximately one week in advance
• Certain assignments may require short‑notice availability
• Extra hours may become available through training coverage or unanticipated needs
