Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Flex Security Officer for a full-time role in Las Vegas, NV. The officer will monitor premises, control access, patrol multiple sites, and ensure compliance with client site directives while delivering professional customer service.

Responsibilities include de-escalation, reporting hazards, and maintaining vigilance during shifts. Candidates should meet basic requirements and be prepared for pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service and ability to lead a team.
• Able to work independently and stay calm under pressure.
• NV Driver's License and personal vehicle required.
• Guard Card and pre-employment screening including background check.

Experienced Flex Security Officer - Full Time

Primary Location: Las Vegas, NV

Wage: $17.00/HR

The Flex Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Basic Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• NV DL required.
• Personal vehicle required.
