Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer-Clearance Required in Aurora, CO to safeguard a dynamic aerospace/defense location. You will conduct patrols, maintain a visible presence, respond to security concerns, and deliver professional customer service. A valid driver’s license is required.

Minimum requirements include a DoD Top Secret Clearance and a high school diploma or equivalent, with background checks per law. This is a full-time, on-site role with a starting pay of $28.18 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret Clearance required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted.
• Criminal histories considered in accordance with laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, employee, and contractor credentials.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; notify site contacts or emergency responders as directed.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs.
