Qualifications

• Two years security-related experience required.

• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.

• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Subject to background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors per site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, report unauthorized entry or suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with site contacts and emergency services as needed.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment for personnel and operations. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, hazards, and access concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed, and report unauthorized entry attempts or suspicious activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate site contacts and emergency services when needed.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least two years of security-related experience.
• Hold an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Preferred ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Preferred comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
