Securitas USA in Devils Lake, ND is hiring a Security Officer - Full Time to help maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients. You will monitor premises, manage access control, patrol multiple sites, and respond to incidents with professionalism.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client's employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Primary Location: Devils Lake, ND

Wage: $19.50/HR

The Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.

• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
