Job summary

Securitas, Inc. is seeking a Security Officer to join our full-time team in Ellendale, ND. You will monitor premises, enforce site rules, and support client safety through patrols, access control, and incident reporting.

You will interact with clients and guests, respond calmly to incidents, and maintain a professional presence during shifts. Must have reliable conduct, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment.
• Willing to participate in pre-employment screening including drug screen and background check.
• Must have a Safe Driving certification.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.

• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.

Primary Location: Ellendale, ND

Wage: $25.00/HR

The Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.

• Must be comfortable with extended periods of walking.
